• How will I know if I need to make changes to my policy?

State lawmakers recently made changes to Michigan’s Auto Insurance No-Fault law. Some of the changes went into effect immediately and may impact your current insurance coverage.

If you think either of these situations or another unique situation might apply to you, please contact our office as soon as possible:

    • Do you have children who are using a vehicle titled in your name, but have established residency in a state other than Michigan?
    • Do you live with someone (who is not a spouse or relative) who does not have his or her own insurance, but drives a vehicle titled in your name?

The majority of changes made to Michigan’s Auto Insurance No-Fault law will take effect on July 1, 2020. Consequently, the auto insurance companies are hard at work now preparing for the overhaul. We will be in touch with all affected customers to discuss the impending changes, many of which will involve making choices with regard to your levels of coverage.
